| Kennebec potatoes are oblong in size and have a pure white inside, smooth pale yellow skin and shallow eyes. On the outside they are very smooth and very plump but not overly long. These potatoes can be boiled, baked and used as fries, hash browns and to create chips; all without peeling. |
